- Eng. Mohamed Hamed brings over 40 years of experience in agricultural development, land reclamation, and large-scale farming projects both in Egypt and the UAE.
- He began his career in the United Arab Emirates from 1983 to 2000, where he led the implementation and management of numerous agricultural ventures, including:
- Government and private farms in the Northern Region.
- The forestation project in Al Ain.
- Private farms across Abu Dhabi and beyond.
- Upon returning to Egypt in 2000, he supervised large-scale land reclamation and cultivation in the El-Bostan area (Beheira Governorate) for UAE investors.
- He co-founded several agricultural companies, most notably:
- El Qarya for Agricultural Development (transferred in 2005).
- El Reyoom Group for Investment, established in 2012, which remains his core company.
- He currently manages a fully integrated agricultural project in Wadi El-Natroun over an area of 620 feddans, including:
- Cultivation of olive, prickly pear (cactus), Barhi date palms, jojoba, alfalfa, and panicum grass.
- A structured sheep fattening system for the Egyptian Barqi breed.
- Full infrastructure: deep wells (solar-powered and diesel), staff housing, desalination plant, and solar lighting station.
- Eng. Mohamed has collaborated with several major entities, including:
- Abu Dhabi Agricultural Development Company
- Navigator (Al Dahra Group, UAE)
- Local NGOs like "Bedaya" and "Shabab Qotour"
- Development projects across Wadi El-Natroun, East Owaynat, and Minya
